Spring cleaning for stuck emotional energies! Our Uplift oil has a fresh, sweet, energizing and uplifting aroma. Note: Like other citrus oils, Grapefruit is photo-sensitizing. Do not expose area of application to the sun or UV light for 12-24 hours after use.

Use the undiluted (5 ml) oil in a diffuser or nebulizer to add an uplifting aroma to your work space or add a few drops of the oil to a tissue and take in several deep clearing breaths.

A drop or two of the diluted (15 ml) oil gently rubbed onto your temples, behind your neck, and inside of wrists will help freshen your mood and brighten your day.

Description

Our Uplift oil has a fresh, sweet, energizing and uplifting aroma. Like many other citrus oils it has the ability to smooth the flow of stagnant Qi (energy) leading to the clearing, cooling, and decongestion of the liver, lung, and lymphatic systems. On a psychological level it helps with feelings of tension, frustration, irritability and moodiness. Grapefruit is a releasing oil in that it helps us to let go of pent-up feelings. The oil is particularly suited for individuals who are tense and, while under pressure, resort to comfort eating as a means of dealing with difficult emotions. Note: Like other citrus oils, Grapefruit is photo-sensitizing. 5 ml ingredients: organic Florida pink grapefruit oil (Citrus paradise).

15 ml ingredients: organic jojoba oil (Simmondsia chinensis), and organic Florida pink grapefruit oil (Citrus paradise).
