“When in doubt, take a bath” – Mae West. Nothing can be more calming, uplifting, stimulating, relaxing, and healing to the body, mind, and soul than a warm bath. A tub of warm water enhanced with this luxuriously fragranced bouquet of essential oils is one of the most wonderful ways to enjoy aromatherapy. This blend contains:

How to use: Fill your tub with warm water, not too hot since the essential oils will evaporate too quickly. You might want to add 1/2 cup of sea salt or epsom salts which helps to remove toxins from your body and cleanses the whole system. Add several drops (1/4 tsp.) of the essential oil blend after the tub is filled and swish around so the oils will disperse. If you have dry skin, dilute the blend in 2 tablespoons of carrier oil (jojoba or olive) before adding to the water. 1/6 oz (5 ml).
